Things to keep in mind when doing keywords research…
The Search Volume-
This is the total average number of people who search for this keyword in a month. Make sure you target the keywords with low to medium search volumes. High search volume keywords are difficult to get ranked on when you are just getting started with SEO.

You Know we use different heading on a page to properly structure our content. But it becomes more effective when you add your target keywords to HEADING 1 and other related keywords or synonyms in Heading 2, and 3. This helps google better understand your page’s content.
Most of the new SEOs get it wrong, as they do keyword stuffing as if they think it will help their SEO, But I always keep the keyword density At a maximum of 3% and it ultimately helps me get better SEO traffic.
